This was a backup trailer to support our Semi’s Funny Car and Boat Racing Teams to carry spare parts in if need be. The trailer has had less than 5,000 miles put on it since new.
This trailer has 30’ of cargo space, 18’ of living quarters and 7’ ceilings. The spec sheet on this trailer in 2002 was $52,000.00. Has 2 roof top a/c units.
Here are the specs for the living quarters: There is a queen size bed that has never been slept in, full size couch that folds out to a bed, shower, toilet, sink area, hot and cold water (electric or propane heated), microwave, frig and freezer runs on electric or propane, roof top a/c with fresh air blower, central heating unit, water tank, grey and black water tank, 12 volt and 110 volt lights, 110 outlets, TV jacks, removable dining table, 1 roof top fresh air vent, opening windows with screens, screen door and regular door,
Here are the specs for the cargo area: all aluminum diamond plate floor, aluminum, aluminum interior walls (white), aluminum cabinets, 3500 lb 12 volt floor winch, spare tire compartment with spare tire and jack, 12 volt and 110 volt lighting, 110 volt outlets, 110 volt rear adjustable spot light, a/c unit with fresh air blower, 300 lb lifting ring on ceiling, 2 welded in overhead braces to support tire racks or etc., 1 roof top fresh air vent, lots of floor tie downs, extra wide door.
Here are the specs for everything else: 2012 Generac GP5500 generator with only 28 hours on it (will run the whole trailer and both a/c units), 2 exterior 110 volt work lights, exterior outlets, shore power hook up for 120 volt and 240 volt with automatic transfer switch, triple 6,000 lb rubber torsion axles, new brakes 2012, newer tires 2011, all new wiring in hook up area and to the brakes 2012, 12 volt light in the hook up area to see at night, dual propane tanks, hydraulic jack for front (in the center), plus 2 adjustable down legs (to the outsides), 2 5/16” adjustable height gooseneck, RV hook up sewer line.
New tires were put on because of the trailer sitting, brakes and wiring was redone just because we wanted to make sure everything was 100%. Turnkey, ready to go down the road.
