Our Whipple supercharged, water-meth injected LS3 in the photo was installed in a GMC Syclone and featured by Dart on their booth at Holley's LS Fest.

Needless to say, the Dart Pro1 heads we put on this bad boy got some CNC love before we bolted them on.
We typically have both "as-cast" and CNC ported varieties in stock for immediate shipment. We also typically have the various valve and spring combinations on he shelf so fully-assembled can go same-day as well.
Borowski Race Engines, Inc. was first in line with Dart for these heads and we have shown what they can do with big-time power adders. Give us a call to pick out your best optioned Dart Pro1 heads.

We have these bare heads in stock both as-cast and CNC ported. The as-cast bare price is $1,630 as shown in the ad. Our custom CNC ported version is $750 higher in price ($2,380). These heads also have been treated to a CNC valve job on our Newen Contour seat & guide machine. In our testing, this combination of additional CNC work added about 30 hp over the as-cast, out-of-the-box version.
Our preferred vendor for the valves, springs, etc is Manley. If you want the heads fully assembled, the parts and costs are:
Manley Severe Duty (Race Series) Intake valves $247.
Manley Inconel exhaust valves $482.
Manley NexTek springs, machined bead locks, steel retainers and locators $440.88.
Total Parts = $1,169.88
The assembly and shipping are no charge. We have both the as-cast and CNC ported heads in stock along with all the Manley hardware. Whatever version you want can be out the door today either bare or assembled.
To summarize, the cost for a set of these fully assembled heads, as-cast, is $2,799.88; fully assembled CNC ported heads are $3,549.88 plus any applicable tax.

Dart's long awaited 6-bolt LS3 heads have arrived! We here at Borowski Race Engines received the first set shipped, paired the heads with a Dart LS Next block and added nitrous. Engine Labs online magazine ran the story as a tech feature http://www.enginelabs.com/engine-tech/cylinder-heads/tech-a-deep-dive-into-the-all-new-pro1-ls3-head-from-dart/
Quoting the article": "By creating a cylinder head casting that performs like a ported design right out of the box, Dart has developed a serious advantage—especially when you take the price point of these cylinder heads into account, which Maskin says will hit the marketplace approximately $200 less per head than competing designs, while offering better performance."
