Holley's new VR2 Brushless in-line fuel pump features brushless pump technology and a twin screw rotor design. The VR2 in-line fuel pump is capable of high pressures and flows while maintaining a low amperage draw and quiet performance. Designed to work on high boosted race cars as well as your daily driven Drag Week car, these pumps work with gasoline, methanol, and E-85* and can maintain pressures of 130 PSI and up to 323 GPH flow.
The VR2 includes (2) controllers for precise independent control of each pump.
As usual, Borowski Race Engines, Inc. was first in line for what we believe is absolutely killer technology. We had placed a pre-production order at PRI 2014 so we've been waiting over a year. The first one received was placed immediately into dedicated use on our dyno. It's unbelievably high fuel delivery capacity allows us to further extend the limits of our dyno. With this beast, we can run our big-power builds with high boost and not worry about leaning out due to inadequate fuel supply. This is especially true with E85 and alcohol where 30% more fuel flow is required to make the same horsepower as a non-oxygenated fuel (ex. C16).
