Everything on this car that should work does work. Tires are new and things like wheel seals and brakes and everything else are either new or it great condition. It's ready to drive and absolutely nothing needs to be done to it. I drive it and it is not a show car. Its got a mild rebuilt 390, was originally a 3 speed automatic but is not a four on the floor, aluminum radiator, holley carb. Its got an aftermarket temp, tach, oil pressure, and voltage meter, and shift light. I will run all day as fast as you want to go at 160 degrees. I'm selling it because I have to many cars and some of them have been in my family and I can't sell or I'd get hung. I will drive it to the buyer anywhere in the lower 48 as long as you cover, a hotel and return flight to Houson. I can cover a lot of ground in a day so if you are close enough the hotel will probably be just one night. It was originally a South Carolina car and from my understanding the guy died and was sold to Georgia which does not require a title. I got a bonded title in Texas. They told me at the title office to just pretend I didn't show them the South Carolina title because that would make things easier on all of us. I've still got it the South Carolina title. I didn't undercoat the bottom of it because nobody would believe that it is in as good of shape as it is. I did pull out the interior, take it down to bare metal, cleaned it, etched it and POR15 enameled it, and then used dynamat before I put the interior back in. While I had it apart I put seat belts in the factory spots and re padded the seats. I didn't use cotton though I used foam and did it right. I kept the stock stereo in the dash and installed a dual voice coil speaker in the factory AM speaker position, 3 band Infinity 6X9 speakers in the back deck. I didn't upgrade the back deck because I didn't want anyone thinking there was a stereo in it to encourage them to break in. In the trunk I also removed the factory sound dampening goo with dry ice and tool to down to bare melt and POR15 enameled it as well. I used velcro to mount a 12 ported boxed sub with a higher quality kicker sub. Under the passenger bench seat I put I think a 1500 watt amp and an electronic equalizer. from the electronic equalizer there is a long 3.5mm headphone cord you can connect to your phone or mp3 player and there is also another dial that you can use to adjust the sub volume with a long cord. I put long cords on them and just zip tied the extra cord in case somebody in the future wanted to mount them in the glove box or something. I just rest my phone on the seat while I drive. I've got pictures at different steps. The paint is newer and in great shape. I have had it professionally detailed and clay barred. there are three little paint chips and one light scratch that can probably be buffed out...pretty sure its just in the clear coat. Runs like a top.
