Sorry got cut off, continuing: NP205 transfer case brand new with all USA components. Brand new throwout bearing etc.
Only problem is it has a horrible shattering noise when the clutch is disengaged. No idea what issue is mechanic said the clutch is the incorrect size but I'm at my wits end and can't afford to have it taken apart again so my loss your gain.

1990 Dodge W250, started complete restoration, all body panels received repair and primer. Body needs pass side fender still and pass bed near tail lamp has small area of repair left.
6bt Cummins, odometer shows ~240k, no leaks runs excellent starts immediately.
