Up for sale we have a 1969 Dodge Charger RT. This is a well done car that has great paint and eye appeal. The engine was updated to a stroker motor with plenty of power. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of the Dodge, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, pictures, or any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the Charger. Down the sides it's laser straight with good fit of all the panels. At the time of the resto new weather stripping and window seals were installed. This Charger has a very good grill and headlight doors. With this being an RT it has the Tail Stripe that is done in White to accented the Bright Turquoise Paint. The paint has a deep rich shine that is slick to the touch. All the trim around the glass is good and appears to be factory. The bumpers have been replaced along with some of the other trim. The final exterior touch is the set of New 15x8 Magnum 500s with BF Goodrich Tires.
Next, we will take a look at the interior of this RT. On the inside it's done in white with the correct bucket seats and console with the factory shifter. The dash is done in black along with the carpet and console. Speaking of the dash it all looks correct with the factory AM Radio. A set of aftermarket gauges have been added under the dash.
Finally, we will take a look at the driveline of the Dodge. Under the hood it's sporting a 400 Big Block Stroker Motor. It has Edelbrock Aluminum Heads and a Mopar Aluminum intake with a Holley Carb. It's dressed with a set of Chrome Valve Covers and breather. The Exhaust flows through a set of coated headers and 3" Exhaust with Flows. The trans is a 727 Automatic with a manual valve body. The power is put to the ground via the 8 ¾" Rear End. This Charger has Standard Steering and Brakes. The floors and Frame look very good and solid.
