Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a beautiful Frost Green 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. This rare color optioned Camaro was restored with originality in mind save for a few tasteful upgrades. This Camaro came out of the Norwood Ohio plant and is painted its original Frost Green (59) with Midnight Green interior (723). It retains its original 350 CID V8 engine which has about 15,000 miles since being rebuilt. The car has a TH350 Automatic transmission which leads to a standard 10 bolt rear end with 2:73 final drive ratio. Desirable options for this one include: power front disc brakes, power steering, and factory Air Conditioning. A few welcome additions include and OEM SS hood, Z28 style striping, and 15" rally wheels. The paint has a nice gloss, the trim is in nice shape, and the overall exterior appearance of this car would make any Camaro fan proud. The interior is a rare midnight green color which also has the Z23 equipment group which added wood grain dash, assist grip, and bright pedal trim. Unique to this car is the original AM/FM radio and clock which are both fully functional. The car has bucket front seats with factory center console for the horseshoe automatic shifter. The engine bay is equally as detailed as the interior with the correct style air cleaner, hoses, and clamps. Z28 style finned valve covers have been added for a sporty look. Over all this is a nicely restored, numbers matching example of a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. This car would be at home at a local car show, or in the garage of a Chevy fanatic.
