2008 RACINGJUNK.COM SPONSORSHIP SWEEPSTAKES

1.       NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

3.       HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible for a chance to win a weekly cash or product prize value of up to $1000 (actual value will depend on various factors, such as level of sponsor participation): (i) visit http://www.racingjunk.com (the “Site”) and click on the link/graphic to “Apply for weekly Sponsorship Giveaway” and submit a fully completed application online; (ii) download/print the online application form and mail the fully and accurately completed application form to: 2008 Sponsorship Sweepstakes, Raceway Media LLC, 106 Main Street, North Adams, MA 01247 (the “Company Address”); or (iii) send a self-addressed and stamped envelope to the Company Address, to the attention of: Entry Form Request. Application forms must be submitted between March 13, 2008 12:01 a.m. EST and October 16, 2008 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”) in order to be considered an eligible entry. See PRIZE DETAILS below for further information regarding procedures for sending in eligible entries. Winners of weekly Prizes will then be eligible for entry into RWM’s Grand Prize-as further described in Section 7 below- DRAWING, PRIZE ODDS & AWARDING OF GRAND PRIZE. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted and entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means will be disqualified. Neither Raceway Media, LLC (“RWM”), nor any of its affiliated companies, such as RacingJunk.com, or any of their employees, representatives or agencies is responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or postage due/entries/mail, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any technical, human, or other error that may occur in the processing of entries. Entries become the property of RWM and will not be returned. For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed and stamped envelope to the Company Address, attention: Official Rules.

Beginning March 27, 2008, RWM will choose one (1) weekly Prize winner (as defined below) for a period of thirty (30) consecutive weeks. Thereafter, all weekly Prize winners will be eligible to win the Grand Prize-or the Second Place or Third Place prizes-as further described in Section 7 below- DRAWING, PRIZE ODDS & AWARDING OF GRAND PRIZE, and must also satisfy the additional requirements found in Section 7. In order to be eligible to win a weekly Prize, an entrant must first have applied for and received a signage package for the vehicle they intend to race during the 2008/2009 season, submit pictures which show such signage package on their vehicle and either: (i) satisfactorily follow the entrance procedures identified in HOW TO ENTER above and submit your mail-in or online entry form by Tuesday of each calendar week during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) be a RacingJunk.com paid annual Club Member during the Sweepstakes Period; or (iii) be a RacingJunk.com Dealer during the Sweepstakes Period (each an “Eligible Entry”). Non-Club Members may submit one entry, per person, per week, which entry must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on the Tuesday of each week of the Sweepstakes. HOWEVER, for the first weekly Prize drawing-which will occur on March 27, 2008- all entries received between March 13, 2008 and March 25, 2008will be included in the FIRST WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWING.  Any entries submitted beyond the limits specified herein, whether via entry form, mail-in or online methods are void, in RWM’s sole discretion. Club Members and Dealers will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing one (1) time each week during the Sweepstakes Period. No prize substitutions allowed by winner. Weekly Prizes are not transferable. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including any resulting personal income tax) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Winner will be required to complete and return to an IRS W-9 form to RWM.  RWM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if Prize becomes unavailable.

5.       ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of RWM and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and those with whom such persons reside, are not eligible to enter or win. All Grand Prize and weekly Prize winners from any previous RacingJunk.com sponsorship contest are not eligible to enter or win. There can only be one Prize winner per household. RWM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to investigate any entries that appear to have been fraudulently or improperly made, including, but not limited to, any entries created by computer programs or by any non-members. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. RWM and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke the Sweepstakes or the drawings based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion.

NO SORT OF ILLEGAL RACING ON PUBLIC STREETS OR OTHERWISE IS ENDORSED BY RWM OR THIS SWEEPSTAKES, NOR WILL SUCH ACTIVITIES BE ACCEPTED AS VALID ENTRIES OR OTHERWISE.

6.       DRAWING, PRIZE ODDS & AWARDING OF WEEKLY PRIZE

Beginning March 27, 2008, RWM will choose one (1) weekly Prize winner (as defined below) for a period of thirty (30) consecutive weeks. Each weekly prize will consist of a cash or product prize with a range of value, at RWM’s sole discretion, up to $1000 (value will depend on various factors, such as level of sponsor participation), and a signage package, which will be supplied by RWM and based upon the type of motorized racing vehicle driven by winner. Each Prize winner must have fully complied with the application and entry requirements found in Section 4- PRIZE DETAILS. Non-Club Members may submit one entry, per person, per week which entry must be receive by 11:59 p.m. EST on the Tuesday of each week of the Sweepstakes. HOWEVER, for the first weekly Prize drawing- which will occur on March 27, 2008- all entries received between March 16, 2008 and March 25,will be included in the FIRST WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWING.  Club Members and Dealers will be automatically entered each week by RWM.  Odds of winning prizes depend on the number of Eligible Entries received. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all Eligible Entries received. The drawing and the awarding of Prizes will be conducted by RWM, or one of RWM’s designees, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential Prize winners will be notified by phone and email on or about each Friday following each weekly drawing, based upon information provided in the entry form. RWM, or its designee, will make up to three (3) separate attempts over a three (3) business day period to contact the potential winner by telephone. If RWM, or its designee, is unable to successfully contact a potential winner by phone and/or if potential winner fails to respond to the email notification within three (3) business days of such contact, such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit his or her right to a Prize, and alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries. If a potential winner is unable to furnish verifiable and valid proof of age within three (3) business days after being notified of winning, an alternate potential winner may be chosen from among all remaining Eligible Entries received at RWM’s sole discretion. Unclaimed Prizes may not be awarded. Pictures of weekly Prize winner’s vehicles will be posted on RacingJunk.com’s Internet Website. Winners agree that RWM may use their names or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation (except where prohibited). All winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where permitted by law) Publicity Release within five (5) business days of successful notification, and entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes the winners’ agreement to sign such releases. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries, in RWM’s sole discretion.

7.       DRAWING, PRIZE ODDS & AWARDING OF GRAND PRIZE

On or around October 20, 2008, all weekly Prize winners will be eligible to win the Grand Prize or the Second Place or Third Place prizes as defined below. In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize or the Second Place or Third Place prizes, each weekly Prize winner must first submit pictures or videos showing their vehicle racing and displaying the signage package provided by RWM. Submitted pictures and video will be added to the individual weekly winner profile. Thereafter, during the time period of October 20, 2008 through November 5, 2008, registered RacingJunk.com members can vote for which eligible weekly Prize winner should receive the year end Grand Prize of a Race Trailer and product  with a value up to $50,000 (actual value will vary depend on various factors, such as level of sponsor participation); first runner up prize with a value up to $7,500 (actual value will vary depend on various factors, such as level of sponsor participation); or second runner up prize of up to $2,500 (actual value will vary depend on various factors, such as level of sponsor participation). Each household may have no more than 2 eligible voters. The winners of the Grand Prize, Second and Third Place prizes will be invited to the 2008 Performance Racing Industry show in Orlando, Florida from December 12-14, 2008, where the Grand Prize, Second and Third prizes will be presented.

                The Grand Prize, Second Place and Third Place winners will receive coach class airfare to Orlando, Florida from the international airport closest to winner (if necessary), a single (1) room (double occupancy) at a deluxe hotel for 2 night(s) and admission tickets to the Performance Racing Industry Show. Approximate retail value of travel and accommodations will be $1,200. All trips are subject to availability and restrictions and must be completed at the specified times or the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Flights and hotel reservations are based on availability and cannot be changed after booking. Once trip is confirmed, the departure date cannot be changed or recipient will forfeit the trip. Airline transportation may be provided by one or more airline carriers as selected by RWM in its sole discretion. Airline tickets do not qualify for frequent flier miles. Travel upgrades may be purchased by winner at winner’s option and expense. Winner is responsible for: (i)all travel, living and other expenses not specified or not approved by Winner in the final trip plan; (ii)any travel insurance; and (iii) ground transportation, transfers, surcharges, gratuities, and other expenses and/or services not specified or approved by RWM in the final trip plan. No extensions will be granted. Other travel restriction and black out dates may apply. All departure taxes are additional and must be paid by prize winner prior to departure. Circle trips, open jaw or stopovers not allowed. RWM is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, accidents, or personal injury, including death, which may occur, related to prize winner’s acceptance and usage of trip. Prize winners are solely responsible for all necessary travel related authorizations and other medical-related requirements and documentation.

                Votes shall be tallied by RWM, or by one of the RWM’s designees. Odds of winning depend on the number of votes received. The awarding of all prizes will be conducted by RWM, or one of RWM’s designees, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential Grand Prize, Second Place and Third Place winners will be notified by phone and email, and are subject to all applicable requirements found in Section 6 of these Official Rules.

8.       GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION

The receipt by winner of any prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT RWM’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of RWM, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

RWM and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents of each (collectively “Released Parties”) disclaim any responsibility for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, including, but not limited to: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or any web site or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. RWM reserves the right to cancel, terminate, alter sweepstakes duration, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE RWM’S WEB SITE OR PROMOTIONAL PARTNER OPERATED WEB SITES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RWM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING INJUCTIVE RELIEF. THE MASSACHUSETTS COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Entrants hereby release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from, related to or due to any injuries , damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, forbearance, misuse or use of any prize, or arising from or related to entrants participation in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

The use of any non-RWM trademarks, service marks, names, likeness and/or voice (collectively, “Property”) in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the award of any prize, is not meant to imply the endorsement by RWM of the respective owner(s) of such Property, or any affiliation with or of the respective owner(s) of such Property, with RWM or this Sweepstakes.

The name of the winners will be posted at http://www.racingjunk.com each week starting March 27, 2008 and ending on December 31, 2008. Alternatively, you may send a self addressed and stamped envelope by December 31, 2008 to the Company Address.
